First, create a PDF document by using an existing document as well as an image. In the Create PDF window click the Create PDF button, and then select the file that you wish to convert into a PDF. Fax option Faxing from a printer requires you to tick the Fax option. Many printers do not automatically detect this feature, so make sure to check yours. If this is the only option available then the Fax option could save you cost on shipping. The cost of printing with a printer is lower since the document can be printed directly from a computer.

o Custom paper size Certain printers automatically adjust the custom paper size according to the specifications you provide. Some do not; so check your printer properties. Certain printers don’t print correctly if you change the size you prefer to print. To fix this issue, simply restart your printer after altering the paper size. If you are unable access to the printer properties, call the manufacturer for help.

Pasting and copying This makes it easier to retrieve later. To copy, click the copy button. Select paste from the pop-up menu. Make sure you click OK if you want to alter the size of the paper on your computer screen. The changes won’t be saved if you don’t click OK.

Driver updates o Driver update: Sometimes, your hardware or software may not be compatible with latest operating system versions, specifically when you’re using multiple printers or a scanner. It is recommended that you get driver updates regularly. For updates to your printer drivers, go to the manufacturers support site and follow the onscreen instructions.
